Celebrating 125 Years of God’s Grace

On Sunday, September 27, we celebrate the 125th anniversary of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. For 125 years, God has faithfully gathered his people in this place around his Word and Sacraments, and we invite every member, family, and friend to join us as we give thanks for his blessings.

One service only: There will be no Saturday evening service that weekend. We will gather as one congregation for a single festival service at 10:00am on Sunday. Sunday School and Bible Study will not meet that morning.

Our guest preacher: We are honored to welcome Pastor Kevin Westra, President of the Northern Wisconsin District, who will preach on John 17:13-23 with the theme “Focus on the Mission.”

Potluck meal to follow: Everyone is invited to stay for a fellowship meal after the service. Please bring a dish to pass.

Share your recipe: We are putting together a 125th Anniversary Recipe Booklet. When you bring your dish, please include a copy of the recipe on a card with your name and drop it in the box at the food table, or email it to Cheri Cearns at caring189@att.net.

Take home a keepsake: Look for a table with a history highlight booklet, commemorative bookmarks, and tote bags.
